This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage. Automatic collection of information

The collection, storage, and processing of payment card information are not within our purview. Instead, we entrust Stripe to handle all payment card transactions. Information regarding Wix's privacy policies can be found at https://www.wix.com/about/privacy All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Privacy of children

​

We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Information through the Website and Services. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to us through the Website and Services, please contact us to request that we delete that child’s Personal Information from our Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information through the Website and Services without their permission. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. We act as a data controller and a data processor when handling Personal Information, unless we have entered into a data processing agreement with you in which case you would be the data controller and we would be the data processor.

Our role may also differ depending on the specific situation involving Personal Information. We act in the capacity of a data controller when we ask you to submit your Personal Information that is necessary to ensure your access and use of the Website and Services. In such instances, we are a data controller because we determine the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Information.

 

We act in the capacity of a data processor in situations when you submit Personal Information through the Website and Services. We do not own, control, or make decisions about the submitted Personal Information, and such Personal Information is processed only in accordance with your instructions. In such instances, the User providing Personal Information acts as a data controller. In order to make the Website and Services available to you, or to meet a legal obligation, we may need to collect and use certain Personal Information. If you do not provide the information that we request, we may not be able to provide you with the requested products or services. We may share your Personal Information with appropriate third parties if we believe it is necessary, in our reasonable discretion, to (i) comply with laws or to respond to lawful requests and legal process, including to respond to requests from public and government authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements; (ii) protect the rights and property of us, our agents, customers, members, and others including to enforce our agreements, policies and terms of use; or (iii) in an emergency to protect the personal safety of AIBXD, its customers, or any person. 

  • Corporate Restructuring. We may share your Personal Information in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition, or dissolution, transaction or proceeding involving sale, transfer, divestiture, or disclosure of all or a portion of our business or assets to another entity.

  • With Your Consent. We may share your Personal Information with third parties where you have provided consent to such sharing.

 

​We may also disclose anonymous or de-identified information in aggregate. The term "anonymous data" refers to data and information that does not allow you to be identified or identifiable, either alone or in combination with any other information available to a third party. We may generate anonymous data from the Personal Information we receive about you and other individuals whose Personal Information we collect. Anonymous data may comprise analytics information and information collected by us with cookies. We transform Personal Information into anonymous data by excluding data (such as your name) that renders the data personally identifiable to you. We employ this anonymous data to scrutinize usage patterns to effectuate enhancements to our Services.

We will retain and use your Personal Information for the period necessary to comply with our legal obligations, as long as your user account remains active, until the purchase order or Services are fulfilled, to enforce our Policy, resolve disputes, and unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.  We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your Personal Information after you update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you personally. Once the retention period expires, Personal Information shall be deleted. Do Not Track signals

The retention of Personal Information is within our purview. We maintain the right to retain any Personal Information for as long as is necessary to achieve two objectives: firstly, to fulfill the purposes for which we originally collected the Personal Information; secondly, to comply with the relevant laws that apply to us.

Obligations to Data Protection Authorities (DPAs). We pledge to respond diligently and appropriately to requests from Data Protection Authorities (DPAs) regarding our policy and compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations. We will provide DPAs with the names and contact details of the individuals who are designated to handle this process upon request. When it comes to the transfer of Personal Information, we will (1) cooperate with inquiries from the DPA responsible for the exporting entity and (2) honor its decisions, as long as they align with applicable law and due process rights. Regarding the transfer of data to third parties, we will comply with DPAs' decisions on the matter and cooperate with all DPAs according to applicable legislation. Data breach
